Prayers requested for John, my friend from work, and myself. John and I are both between jobs right now. John’s house caught fire this morning. It’s out, but with a lot of damage. I am having eye surgery this month. We are both off for summer from our current jobs as school bus drivers. Neither of us may be eligible for unemployment as we were both out of our previous jobs for a length of time due to injuries and do not appear to have the required number of quarters worked.
