I need protection from the IRS. I’ve been on a fixed income since 2005 when I lost my profession and had to go out on SSDI disability. Under President Bush and President Obama, I qualified for a minimal income tax and got most of the withholding back. Under Trump, I got all of the withholding back and didn’t owe any tax. Every year under Biden they have kept all withholding from my pension and each year charged me more. $1,300. They are threatening to take my bank account and SSDI.
