I have a technical issue or question
Audio is silent or stuttering? Try these solutions:
- Check that the stream audio and your device audio are not muted and both are turned up.
- Refresh the watch page.
- Restart your device.
- Open the watch page in a different browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Brave, etc).
- Open the watch page on a different device.
Video frozen, stuttering, or black? Try these solutions:
- Pausing the video, for 30 seconds to one minute, to allow it to buffer.
- Refresh the watch page.
- Restart your device.
- Open the watch page in a different browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Brave, etc).
- Open the watch page on a different device.
- Unplug your internet router for 10 seconds and replug.
