There are no other Torah keeping followers of Yeshua Messiah in my community (or anywhere in central New York State that I know of). I started studying with Michael and Nehemiah many years ago and thank YHWH every day for their ministries. Following Michael's example, I finally connected with a tiny rural church near me when they asked me to teach them piano and music. On Holy Days that fall on Sundays, I worship with them. The Pastor and wife are sincere people and work very hard to help this tiny community.
A few months ago this church finally ordained their first deacon to lighten the load for the pastor and his wife. Last week this beautiful man suddenly passed away. Please pray for comfort and support for his family and for the members of this little church.
They know that I observe the Sabbath and call Jesus by his given name. They are very tolerant of my "strange" beliefs. Please pray for me, too, that when I am at the music lessons or worship services that I allow YHWH to be in charge of all of my words - that I can be as accepting and loving towards them as they are towards me.
I am hoping that they will come to the farm on Shavuot to enjoy a picnic, play with the animals, and enjoy YHWH's creation.. I desire to have this rehab farm be used by Torah keepers during the Feasts. We are developing a camp site. I have spent the last many years during the Feast of Tabernacles at the campsite - alone since my husband's passing in 2014. Would like to host Torah keepers. Please pray that YHWH will help me to accomplish this. Sandy
