Prayer Requests
Please pray Jesus Christ would carry out the following for Jung-won, Ui-seop, Ha-young, Ye-young, Eun-tae, In-sook: 1. Give all of us the kingdom of God and God's righteousness that you promised and make it happen. 2. Let the Son of God fulfill the Father God's will to us to the end, and let us see this and appreciate it when all our bodies are alive. 3. Do not allow us to do what we want or seek, but do for us what the Son of God wants to do, and only let it go well.
Please join me in praying for my daughter, who we adopted she has turn 18 years old , I have been praying for the age of adulthood to be 21 in our state. She has gotten involved with a young man who is stealing who my child is. He tells her what to do, and when we point this out she gets angry. This young man has an evil spirit, I felt it a few Saturday. I am trying to also adopt our 4 foster children, no one wanted them and we opened our home. Pray for 12 year old and 10 year old. Please!
1. To the brother having suicidal thoughts, "...let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Yeshua, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before him he endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Consider him who endured such opposition from sinners, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart." -Hebrews 12:1b-3
2. Regardless of how you have been treated by, or feel you have been treated by others, they are correct in saying to trust God. We all face challenges and trials in this life, and Yeshua did too. He overcame the world and with God's help, you can too! "Behold, the hour cometh, yea, is now come, that ye shall be scattered, every man to his own, and shall leave me alone: and yet I am not alone, because the Father is with me. These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace.
3. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world." -Jn 16:32-33 As the world grows darker & darker & things get harder, many of us start to feel that we no longer want to be here; but we can't give up. We can't lose our faith & hope, and abandon those who need us, and let the world conquer us. Our lives are full of seasons. Some are far harder than others, but they will pass. I say this through personal experience, having battled suicidal desires myself
4. Never forget that you were made in the image of God, are a temple for His Spirit & belong to Him. Treat yourself as such, put all your faith & trust in Him, and if the world treats you poorly, hurts you, or even kills you, cling to Him until your very last breath. Ask Him for the strength to keep running your race until you cross the finish line, right into His open arms, and achieve that victory. Yeshua, our example, is waiting there for us.
5. Try and spend a little more time reading the Word and in prayer with Him, and I'm sure that will help lift you up too (and this week of Sukkot should be as well, as we look forward to the soon return of our king and dwelling with him and our Father forever!
