I am in urgent need of prayers to save my mission. I am old and disabled and operate a 501(c)3 rehabilitation farm (90% by myself). Our local chamber of commerce awarded us "nonprofit of the year" and we are planning an open house in October. People basically don't know we exist and this is a great opportunity to get the donations and the physical help we need.
However, because of lack of funds and because I simply can no longer operate this farm (with livestock) by myself, I am faced with having to close everything down and selling the farm before winter. Please join me in asking our merciful father, YHWH, and our gracious lord and savior, Jeshua, the following:
1. Father, please send an assistant farm manager to help with the day to day operation of the farm who:
a. follows Torah
b. is a strong believer
c. is physically strong and handy with the skills needed to help this rehabilitation farm continue to serve traumatized and handicapped people
d. is willing to work in exchange for room, board, and a place to raise his/her own products to sell
e. is perhaps someone in recovery who might not have any other opportunity to find a job or a purpose to stay drug free and would be willing to work with others who are struggling.
f. is a HAM radio operator with his/her own equipment
g. loves animals
2. Father, please send a wwoofer or other volunteer in time to help clean up the farm and prepare for our open house in October. I can't do it alone and don't want to miss this opportunity to let the community know we are here and that we need help financially and physically.
Thank you, Rood family, for your support and encouragement. Sandy
