“Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth concerning anything that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father who is in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.” – Matthew 18:19-20
It’s been almost five months since I fell at work and fractured my right hip socket. I’m just about getting by on worker’s compensation, and I have nothing for emergencies as I exhausted my life savings last year during my ill-fated engagement to “Miss Wrong”! I even had to borrow on my life insurance in anticipation of paying it back once I returned to work. My recovery has been slow, and I doubt it will ever be full. I still cannot lift my right leg straight up, and I must use my left foot to apply the brake when driving because I cannot get my right to move over from the gas pedal. Because I still haven’t fully recovered I was let go in April from my good-paying truck driving job. I have a law firm looking into whether I have a case for “pain and suffering”, but so far they don’t seem to be optimistic for legal reasons YaHoVah knows, and which I cannot detail here. Please pray that YaHoVah will not abandon me, not while I call upon His name daily, asking for His forgiveness when despair leads to sin. I know that a blessing from Him that pulls me out of this financial and spiritual hole is both a gift from Him and an obligation for me to live and act wisely, and to live for Him! I’ve had money before, but forgot about YaHoVah. I spent it unwisely on sinful pursuits. If He chooses NOT to help, I hold YaHoVah blameless, and I will NOT curse the name of He Who Lives.
